100th Birthday for League of Woman Voters

Fred Holland Day House, 93 Day St. The League of Women Voters Norwood and the Norwood Historical Society are partnering to celebrate the 100th birthday of the League of Women Voters with tea, cakes and an author presentation. WGBH CMO and author Tina Cassidy will be present to help celebrate 100 years of women’s advocacy and activism with a discussion of Mr. President, How Long Must We Wait? Alice Paul, Woodrow Wilson and the Fight for the Right to Vote. Admission is free, however donations are welcome to the Historical Society and the LWV Norwood.
