Indian food is known for its bold and multi-layered flavors, textures, and aromas, but how can you recreate that culinary experience in your own home? Cooking instructor, Sandhya Jain, will lead the group on a fascinating culinary excursion. Sandhya will show and pass around various spices, describe their use in India cooking, and discuss their health benefits. Sample bags of essential Indian spices will be handed out, and Sandhya will have exotic harder-to-find spices available for sale.
