Kids will learn the basics of decorating cupcakes! Supplies included and participants will take home their decorated cupcakes. For ages 10-16 years old. Cost is $15 per person. Sign up at the Civic Center or online at www.norwoodma.gov/departments/recreation/on-line registrations.
