This event will play with the lighter side of the celebrations with themed games, crafts, music, dancing, refreshments and more. In addition, participants are encouraged to enhance their Halloween spirit by wearing costumes and joining the costume parade. This event is intended for ages 3-8 years old. Cost is $5/Norwood residents, $10/non-residents. For ages 3-8 years old. Register at Civic Center. Signing up early is recommended.
