Natick Community Organic Farm (NCOF), 117 Eliot St., runs a Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) program from May 29 through October 11, 2017. Participating in NCOF’s CSA is a wonderful way to eat locally, improve your diet and culinary skills, support the farm, and get to know the people who grow your food. Weekly e-newsletters provide helpful information on what crops to expect in your share, tips on how to store your share, tasty recipes, and news on what’s happening at the farm. A weekly share feeds 3-4 people.
The deadline to participate in the CSA is April 1. CSA shareholders are required to become NCOF members at the level that is appropriate for their family size. For full details, such as pick up day and pricing options, visit www.natickfarm.org/Pages/CSAs.html, call 508-655-2204 or email [email protected].
A vase arrangement of organic flowers is also available. New varieties are available, such as dahlias, asters and zinnias, every week. The flowers are picked and delivered before 3 pm on Mondays (Thursdays for restaurants and places of worship).
NCOF at 117 Eliot St. is a nonprofit educational farm providing productive open space, farm products, and hands-on education for people of all ages year-round.
