The Circle of Friends Coffeehouse will welcome Joe Crookston, with special guest Emily Mure on Saturday, February 11th. Admission is $20.
Songwriter, guitarist, painter, fiddler, slide player, eco-village member and believer in all things possible, Crookston was named 2016 Folk Alliance International Artist-in- Residence and signed to Tamulevich Artist Management along with John Gorka and Peter Yarrow.
New York City native Emily Mure has produced two full-length albums and a few singles, including a recently released cover of Elliott Smith’s Between the Bars.
The Circle of Friends Coffeehouse is a non-profit organization affiliated with Franklin’s First Universalist Society. Concerts are presented in a smoke free and alcohol free environment at the Society’s handicapped accessible Meetinghouse, 262 Chestnut St. in Franklin, and begin at 8:00 PM; doors open at 7:30 PM.
